Return and Refund Policy

At Happy Tails Co, we want you (and your pet!) to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if:

The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Opened pet supplements

Personalized items

Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
2. How to Start a Return
To begin a return:

Your order number

The item(s) you want to return

Reason for return (optional, but helpful)

We’ll reply with return instructions and a return address.
📦 Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrong.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will go back to your original payment method

You’ll receive an email notification once your refund is issued
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error).
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We offer easy exchanges for eligible items. Contact us at gareth77@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll fix it right away at no cost to you.
