Return and Refund Policy

At Happy Tails Co, we want you (and your pet!) to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Opened pet supplements

  • Personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

2. How to Start a Return

To begin a return:

  1. Email us at gareth77@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you want to return

    • Reason for return (optional, but helpful)

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and a return address.

📦 Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrong.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will go back to your original payment method

  • You’ll receive an email notification once your refund is issued

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error).

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We offer easy exchanges for eligible items. Contact us at gareth77@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll fix it right away at no cost to you.
